If everything but the right turn signal on the trailer works, you'd start by using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 on the trailer connector on the tow vehicle as each lighting function, right turn, left turn, running light and brakes are activated. This will help you determine if the problem is in the vehicle or the trailer wiring. The wiring help article will show you which pin on a trailer connector controls which function.
If the pin for the right turn signal on the trailer connector isn't functional, check the fuse box under the hood for a blown fuse. The lid of the fuse box should have a diagram that explains which fuse protects which circuit. If you find a blown fuse, you'll want to locate the short in the trailer wiring that caused the fuse to blow, otherwise you'll continually blow fuses.
To find the short, or if you determine the trailer connector on the vehicle is functioning correctly, then you'll need to closely examine the wiring for the right turn/brake light circuit on the trailer, which is typically fed by a green wire. Begin at the trailer connector, and examine it for corrosion or damage. Clean/repair/replace as necessary. Trace the right turn circuit all the way from the connector back to the lamp, looking for loose connections, pinched wires and cracked or worn wire insulation. Anything that would allow the copper conductor to short out on the trailer frame. Make sure the wiring is connected to the lamp properly.
I've linked you to our help article showing how to troubleshoot your trailer wiring.
