You are going to want to take a couple of measurements to see if the gooseneck can be installed on your 1995 Ford F-350 flat bed, since there are no specific gooseneck hitches designed for flat beds. If you measure from the top of your frame to the top of your flat bed, you can determine if a fifth wheel adapter will work with a gooseneck hitch. For the fifth wheel adapter to work with your goseneck it will need to extend up far enough for the fifth wheel to safely attach and function. Most flatbeds usually have a cutout in the bed to access a gooseneck ball. The gooseneck ball will not sit in the middle of the flatbed like it does with a regular truck bed.

You can take a look at the attached installation instructions for the Curt Gooseneck, part # C61505-52. You will have to determine how the bed of your truck is attached to see if a gooseneck hitch like the Curt will work for your truck.

If you have the clearance, an adapter like the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter, part # CAB-C5G, may work for you. This will attach to your fifth wheel king pin and then to the gooseneck ball in the bed of your truck. This has an adjustable height of 12 to 16 inches. If the side rails on the bed of your truck can be removed it will allow more clearance for the fifth wheel trailer to make turns.

To tell you if the 48 inch height will allow you to use both the fifth wheel and the gooseneck, you will have to measure the height of your fifth wheel king pin to see if the adapter when placed on the gooseneck hitch will work for you.

I have attached a couple of helpful articles that you can check out.
