Will Tow Ready Adapter w/ Lamp-Out Sensor Bypass # 20142 Work on 2005 Land Rover LR3

From some of the questions posted it looks like this adapter may not fix the pulsing brake light problem for Land Rovers. Have you had any success with fixing this issue on LR3s?

The Tow Ready Adapter # 20142 is intended to work on a range of European import vehicles including your Land Rover LR3. It is not a vehicle brand-specific item.

According to my contact at TowReady this item should operate as intended on your LR3 to prevent low-current draw LED trailer lighting from triggering bad bulb error messages on your LR3's dash display. My contact has had no reports of issues with this item used in Land Rovers.

Before installing this adapter it is suggested that you check that your trailer connector's contacts are clean and free or dirt or corrosion. You might also want to apply dielectric grease like # LT37534.
