All options for base plates for your 2013 Ford F-150 STX 4 x 4 can be seen on the provided link. These include both the removable-arm type as well as a fixed-arm type. Typically customers prefer removable arms since this helps keep more of the vehicle's original appearance when not being flat towed and it can help reduce bumps and bruises to your shins.
Roadmaster offers their XL Base Plate Kit # 495-1A. This kits bolts on using included hardware (no welding required) and is USA-made. I have linked the install instructions for your reference.
With this base plate I suggest the RoadMaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain Tow Bar # RM-422 which is rated at a substantial 10,000-lbs, perfect for a full-size pickup like your F-150.
Flat towing also requires safety cables such as # RM-645 also from Roadmaster, as well as a lighting solution and supplementary braking system which is required in most states.
A link is included to our page for lighting/wiring options. You can use the Select Vehicle Style drop-down menu to select your type of truck (EcoBoost or not) and you can choose from hard-wire diode kits (the toughest to install but its a one-time effort) or the simplest magnetic lighting kits that are simple to install and remove. I suggest the Roadmaster Even Brake system, part # RM-9400, for braking.
I have linked an article on flat towing that will give you additional information on each of the components required.
