The bike rack isn't a vehicle specific item, but I can explain how to figure out if it'll work for you. To determine if the Thule Apex # TH9026XT is compatible with your Range Rover Sport, you'll need to find how how far the receiver tube is recessed under the vehicle. You can easily do this by measuring the distance from the hitch pin hole in the receiver to the furthest rearward part of the bumper. If this distance is less than 7-1/4 inches, the bike rack will work just fine on your vehicle. I'll link you to an article showing how to take that measurement.
If your receiver tube is recessed further, the Hollywood Racks Road Runner, part # HR520 offers much more clearance at 9-1/2 inches.
If you'll be carrying women's bikes or bikes with sharply angled top tubes, I'd recommend using a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post tube, providing a level attachment point to the bike rack, which will maximize ground clearance.
