According to my research, the 2001 Chevy Tracker RWD w/ manual transmission is capable of being flat towed without modification, however it's not recommended to tow the vehicle above 55 mph.

Your motorhome would need a hitch and a trailer connector at the rear. For the vehicle, you'll need a tow bar, base plates, wiring so the vehicle taillights work along with those on the motorhome and a supplemental braking system.

The Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar, part # BX7380 is an excellent choice for a tow bar. It's reasonably priced but includes the safety cables and convenience features like the self-aligning arms so the vehicle you're towing doesn't need to be perfectly aligned to the motorhome in order to hook up.

Unless your Tracker has a brush guard on it, the Blue Ox # BX1636 base plate kit would work great.

For wiring, I'd recommend a wireless magnetic tow lamp system like part # LIW-LDTL.

I'd then recommend the Roadmaster # RM-9400 Even Brake braking system, a 12-volt outlet kit # RM-9332 is also recommended.

I've linked you to several of our flat towing help articles, which you'll hopefully find helpful.
