How Does the Putco Grille Insert part # P84159 Install on a 2007 GMC Yukon
Question:
I have the bottom putco grille for my new 07 yukon and do not understand the instructions-they are not clear at all. I thought you didnt have to remove the existing grill and so far have removed the plate and screwed it into the existing plate screws, but it is not secure and I am totally stumped. The only parts that came with it are 4 screws.

I spoke with my contact at Putco and he informed me that you do not need to remove the factory grill of your 2007 GMC Yukon to install the Putco Grille Insert part # P84159. Basically you will set this overlay in front of your grill, insert the bolts through the overlay and grill and then attach them to the brackets on the other side of the grille.
