How to Wire the LED RV Interior Light # ILL31CB to a Battery on a Trailer
Question:
How can I wire 4 of these to a traditional light switch, then to a 12V battery in a battery box inside my cargo trailer? I dont want to use the pulling trucks 12V battery. I would like these to be powered by a stand-alone battery in the trailer?

First thing you will need is a battery for your trailer. A deep cycle battery is usually recommended and not an automotive battery. You are going to need to run a main power wire that each black wire of the LED Lights part # ILL31CB will run to and then a main ground wire that all of the white wires of the light will run to.
You will then need to install the switch on either the power or ground circuit main line. You will just cut the wire between the battery and the lights and then wire one side of the wire to one side of the switch and then the other side of the wire to the other so that when the the switch is on the circuit is complete and then when the switch is off the circuit isn't complete and the lights won't work.
