I am happy to report that the Thule Passage trunk mount bike rack, # TH910XT, is a fit for the 2014 Ford Focus 5-door hatchback. I have linked a video review of the rack on a similar vehicle.
Since you will be using the racks for a woman's bike and a kids bike I do recommend using adapter bars for each bike, # 64005. This adapter bar is the easiest to use. The bar will allow you to carry the bikes level. I have linked a video showing how it works.
