Will the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FHDSTC0101 work on a 6 on 5-1/2 inch Bolt Pattern

I am mounting a 15inch wheel that has a 6 bolt pattern of 2 3/4inch between holes and a 5 1/2 diameter across the hub. Will this work? Thanks.
