I may have a solution that will work for you, but there are no fifth wheel hitches compatible with the B&W gooseneck hitch with a weight capacity over 20,000 lbs. If you did not want to completely remove the gooseneck hitch, then you could use a fifth-wheel-to-gooseneck coupler adapter like the Ranch Hitch Adapter, # AM3100. This adapter bolts to the underside of the pin box on your trailer at the king pin and hooks directly to the gooseneck ball. We actually use an adapter similar to this on our trailer and it works great. You will want to check with your trailer manufacturer to make sure it is okay to use a coupler adapter because some manufacturers do not recommend using these types of adapters.
If a fifth-whee-to-gooseneck adapter is out of the question, then you will want replace your B&W gooseneck hitch with fifth wheel base rails. At this time, the only fifth wheel installation kit and base rails offered for your 2015 GMC Sierra 3500 is made by Curt and it is part # C16411-204. We have installed this kit on a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 so I attached the installation video for you to check out. The installation process will be the same on your Sierra. If you are also in the market for a fifth wheel hitch, the Curt Q24, # C16245, would be a great compliment to the Curt base rails.
