We do not carry any spare tire mounts that were designed to mount the tire horizontally, but we have a few mounts that you could make work. For example, you could use the CE Smith Offset Spare Tire Carrier, # CE27310G, and use a 2 inch block to take up the additional width in the u-bolts. This would give the u-bolts a snug fit around the width and height of the frame and allow you to mount the tire horizontally. You could also use a carrier like the Fulton F2 Heavy-Duty Spare Tire Carrier, # F581900, and weld it to the frame horizontally. I recommend building additional supports since your frame is only 2 inches wide and a few extra pieces of steel welded to the frame will not hurt anything.

Keep in mind, these carriers were not designed or tested to carry tires in this manner, but I think it would work for your application.
