Will etrailer Folding 20 X 60 Cargo Carrier Fit a 2007 Ford Expedition and What Bag is Recommended
Question:
My expedition has a 2 class 3 hitch installed from the factory. Will this item fold up without hitting the bumper? Also, which weatherproof cargo bag do you recommend?

You will need to measure your Expedition to make sure there is clearance for folding. When the carrier is folded, there is 9-1/2 inches of clearance from the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier. If you have less than 9-1/2 from the hitch pin hole to the furthest edge of your bumper, the rack will make contact.
Selecting a cargo bag will depend on how much you need to fit in it, and what size carrier you go with. The etrailer.com Extra Large Cargo Carrier bag, part # 988501, would fit very well on a 24x60 cargo. It has 20 cubic feet of space, is totally weatherproof and has a very high customer rating. I have included another video review below.
If you want a bag with a smaller footprint for whatever reason, say if you want a to put a cooler on the rack as well and do not want it in the bag, we offer the etrailer Cargo Bag, part # e98990. It is also water resistant and has a high customer rating. We also have another video reviewing this bag that I have linked to below.
