Ladder Rack for a 2000 Ford F-150 with Crossover Toolbox and Bed Side Toolboxes

I have a 2000 f150 and im looking for a ladder rack that i can use in conjunction with a cross over box and two side bed boxes

The Pilot ladder rack # CG-902 is a good option, possibly even the best option. The brackets will mount to the tops of the bed sides so your toolboxes can rest on top of them. Depending on how the boxes mount you may or may not have to drill through the ladder rack mounting brackets to reinstall the boxes after installing the ladder rack.
This ladder rack fits 5-1/2 foot, 6-1/2 foot, and 8 foot bed lengths on the 2000 Ford F-150.
