product #mcl50ab and product #a46pb. when this pigtail is installed into the led clearance light, what is the overall combined thickness. how deep does the hole have to be. thank you

Since the Optronics Two Wire Pigtail, part # A46PB can fit several different lights the thickness would vary depending on the light you are installing this with. I pulled one of the pigtails from our warehouse and took a measurement for you. The depth of the pigtail plug is .6 inches. I have included a photo that has the dimension noted on it.
This pigtail will fit the following:

I could not find a reference for the number mc150ab you mentioned in your question.
