Will the Bully Tailgate Lock Work on a 1999 GMC Sierra Without a Factory Lock
Question:
Is this a replacement lock for trucks that had a tailgate lock from the manufacturer, or is this lock adaptable to add to a lock to a tailgate that didnt have a lock from the manufacturer? Id like to add a lock to my 1999 GMC Sierra that did not have one from the factory.

Yes, the Integrated OEM Tailgate Lock - 1999-2007 GM Full Size Pickups, item # LH-003, will add a tailgate lock to your vehicle that did not have a lock from the factory. This lock installs easily and locks the handle to keep the tailgate from being opened.
