Any trunk-mount type bike rack installed on a vehicle, including your 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan, will interfere with its rear wiper. This is why your previous question was answered with a recommendation to install a trailer hitch and hitch-mount type bike rack, since hitch-mount racks do not require any contact with the rear window of a vehicle.

The inability to use a rear wiper with a trunk-mount rack installed in actual practice is not a very severe issue, since the loaded bikes themselves will tend to block visibility through the rear window to some degree. As long as you do not engage the rear wiper with a trunk-mount rack in place you should have no issues.

You can use the OutWay # TH56BV and just not engage the wipers.
