will this sa 4025 fit 2inch hitch and clear the back door mounted spare tire need a two bike hitch carrier for carbon fiber road bikes the dimension from center of hitch bolt to back edge of spare tire is 9inch thanks

The Saris SuperClamp EX 2 Bike Platform Rack # SA4025F has about 12 inches from the center of it's hitch pin hole to the nearest portion of the rack, which is the wheel tray. Based on that it should have enough clearance to install and clear the rear spare of your 2014 Jeep Wrangler if your measurement of 9 inches from the pin hole to the furthest point out is correct.
