Ease of Going from Bestop Supertop NX Soft Top for Jeep # B5472335 Back to Hardtop for Winter

Wondering how hard this top is to install? I have a 2012 unlimited, with a hard top now and hoping to get the soft top just for Spring, Summer and Fall use, but wondering it installation is hard, and wondering if removing the hardware to reinstall hard top is very difficult?

I checked with Bestop and they list the initial installation difficulty for the Bestop Supertop NX Soft Top for Jeep # B5472335 that you referenced as moderately difficult. On a scale of 4, with 4 being the most difficult they list this product as a 3 and say it will take about 4 hours to install initially.

Now once its installed you will be able to install your hardtop back onto your 2012 Jeep pretty easily. You will just need to install the tailgate bar, mounts, door surrounds, zip the windows back in, and then fold the Supertop down and your hard top will install back onto your Jeep. I confirmed this with my tech contact at Bestop.
