Length of Westin Tube Steps for a 1994 Ford F-250 Super Cab Long Bed
Question:
I am wanting to install tube steps on my regular cab 1994 F-250 Longbed Ford PU but I want them to extend far enough back to be used for reaching into the truck bed. I know this will require modification drilling and or welding which is ok but I dont know whether I need the super cab model or the crew cab model. I saw in another answer that the length of the crew cab bar is 80 inches. What is the length tip to tip of the super cab bar? Also, your description says that the super cab bar has only one step pad, is this correct? Thank you!

What you are looking for is called wheel to wheel tube steps. All of the steps for your 1994 Ford F-250 Super Cab are cab length only. They will not extend the distance between the wheels. I am not certain the length of the cab on the Super Cab models but that is how long the bars will be. They do have a single pad per bar.
If your truck is not a Heavy Duty model, you could use bed step # AS-550. This would work exactly as you need it to. And it can fold back in when not in use. It will not fit though if the truck is a Heavy Duty model.
