In order to pick out the correct tire cover we need to know what the overall diameter of your tire is. First thing you will need to do is get the tire size off the side of your trailer tire. Once you have that check out the link I attached that details how to determine trailer tire diameter. Once you have that check out the link I attached that will take you to all the different tire covers we offer. You will want to select your tire diameter range from the dimensions facet on the left side of the screen.

I looked up USA trailers and found that they all use A-frame, top wind jacks. With that in mind I would recommend the Pro Series Round, A-Frame Jack # PS1400600303. For a foot to go along with this jack I would recommend the Pro Series Detachable Footplate w/ Pin # PS1400700340. I attached review videos for both these products.
