Shorter 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # SP-198275 Than the Other 3 Purchased

Question:

Jameson c parts leaf springs # 34066400 tandem hanger # 34027220 I placed the center hanger on trailer and used the measurements I found for placement, from center to front and rear hangers I have 29 1/2 , and from leaf spring centers I have 34 1/2 not the 33 1/2 that it calls for my question mainly is take in mind the hangers are clamped on and all bolts are lose. but with no weight on leaf springs the equalizer if it rotates the shackles / leaf spring flop to the bottom. my concern is the angle looks a lot less of than what was on there. is this a concern? 3 of the leaf springs are 25 1/4 center eye to center eye. SP-198275 1 leaf spring is 24 3/4 eye to eye and the # painted on inside of spring is MCI UNA 222 the arc is more profound on this spring. will I have issues with this spring as well? Thank you

You will be fine, I spoke with one of our installers here and he said that the springs will have small length variances due to one spring having more of a bow shape when compared to the other springs but once weight is put on the trailer after installation everything will even out as the springs all have the same spring rate.
