Shorter 5-Leaf Double-Eye Spring # SP-111275 Than the Other 3 Purchased

is it okay that one of the 4 springs I bought is a little shorter than the other?

You will be fine, I spoke with one of our installers here and he said that the springs will have small length variances due to one spring having more of a bow shape when compared to the other springs but once weight is put on the trailer after installation everything will even out as the springs all have the same spring rate.
