I have an option that will work for you, however, there are no 24 inch hitch extenders with a 600 lb tongue weight and 7,000 lb towing capacities. The capacities you need will require a special setup when extended out 24 inches.
Your best option would be to remove your existing trailer hitch and install the TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Class V Trailer Hitch, # TLF1002-30. With this hitch, you can use the TorkLift SuperTruss 24 Inch Hitch Extension, # TLE1524. The SuperTruss can only be used with TorkLift trailer hitches. This setup will give you a maximum towing capacity of 7,500 lbs and a maximum tongue weight capacity of 750 lbs.
If the hitch on your truck is a factory hitch, it may be welded to the frame or attached with large rivets. If this is the case, I recommend taking the truck to a dealer or fabrication shop to have the hitch removed if you are not comfortable removing the hitch yourself.
You may be able to use the Draw-Tite Titan Hitch Box Extension, # RP45292, that you referenced, but at the 24 inch extension, your trailer would be at the maximum weight capacity of the adapter.
