The Bargman Triple Tail Light # 47-84-005 is not a submersible light. This means that water cannot drain out. You will need to make sure the wiring connections are water tight to avoid shorting out the light. You can use heat shrink tubing and/or liquid electrical tape # SWC50122.

When mounting the light using silicone sealant # 0160297 will help keep water from getting behind the light.
