Missing Installation Hardware For Reese # RP30156 Elite Series Underbed Rail Adapter

Question:

Is there a part number or separate kit for the hardware that should come with the reese 30156 adapter kit? I ordered the #RP30156 but the hardware to connect it to the pucks did not come with it just the frame. Just wondered if I could try to find them somewhere else.
