Adapter to Attach Yakima Powderhound Ski Rack to Factory Crossbars on 2011 Subaru Outback

I'm looking for a mount to attach a Yakima Powderhound ski rack to the factory cross bars on a 2011 Subaru Outback.

The Yakima PowderHound uses mounting feet that will fit the factory crossbars of your Subaru Outback without any additional adapters as long as you have the original hardware. Otherwise you will need Universal MightyMounts, # Y03590. Also if you have an older discontinued version of the PowderHound you will need part # Y03590.
