The Thule Hitching Post Pro Folding/Tilting 4 Bike Rack # TH934XTR that you referenced easily slips into any 1-1/4-inch or 2-inch hitch receiver. No professional assistance is needed. The Class III hitches offered for your Acura are the larger-capacity 2-inch size that have a substantial 400-lb tongue weight rating (tongue weight is downward force on the hitch) that should be plenty for your rack and 4 loaded bikes.
If your MDX does not have a hitch installed you can choose one of those shown on the included link; I suggest the Curt Hitch # 13354 for its lower price.
If you do have a hitch already you can take one simple measurement to confirm that the Hitching Post Pro will fit properly at the rear of your vehicle (refer to the linked article). Measure from the center of the hitch pin hole to the rear-most part of the vehicle; this is the minimum amount of clearance you need from a rack for it to safely clear the back of the MDX. The Hitching Post Pro provides 13-1/2 inches of clearance from the hitch pin hole to the upright bar, so as long as your measurement is less than this you will simply need to slip the rack into your hitch and secure it with a pin or a lock such as # THSTL2.
