Hitch-Mount Platform-Style 2-Bike Rack Recommendation

would like to know what platform rack you recommend for 2 bikes. comparing the hollywood, and swagman. the swagman seems nice with the simplicity and ratcheting . I prefer one in black than gray but dont have to have that. also prefer the most simple and easy with the moving parts, I am a woman and need something very easy to use. thanks
