I would like to purchase this rack to put my spare tire .Can this model fit my hummer with the standard mounting brackets provided? Regards

The Rhino Rack Roof Cargo Carrier # RMCB that you referenced is designed to fit crossbars that are up to 3-1/2 inches in width and 1-1/2 inches tall, and have a spread between them of 21 to 30 inches.
If the factory rack of your 2006 Hummer H2 fits within those specifications then the # RMCB should work well for you.
