I went out to the warehouse and pulled Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 to measure the bolts with a bolt measuring tool. The bolts that hold the carrier to the trailer frame are 3/8 inch coarse threaded bolts. And the bolts that hold the wheel to the carrier are 1/2 inch coarse threaded bolts.
