Fit of Thule Passage 2-Bike Model TH910XT on 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT

Question:

Can you please tell me if the Thule Passage 2 bike carrier, Code # TH910XT will fit my 2013 Elantra GT? Its the GT model that I am unsure of. I have a Diamondback Woman's Della Cruz Cruiser Bike, 2013 model so I also need to ask if I will need the bike adaptor bar. Please advise.

The Thule Passage 2-bike model, part # TH910XT is indeed a fit for your 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT (as well as coupe and sedan models).

A hanging type bike rack like the Passage in most cases will need an adapter bar like the # 64005 to carry a women's bike or a bike with a sharply angled top tube. The adapter bar spans the distance between the seat post and the handle bar gooseneck, providing a level attachment point to the bike rack. Carrying the bike at an angle, using the downtube is sometimes possible, but the angle of the bike can put the tire pretty close to the ground. Using the adapter bar would maximize your ground clearance.
