It looks like part of the wiring is missing or has been removed on your 2006 Nissan Pathfinder. That black connector with the white in the picture looks like it is plugged into the harness that # 118267 is supposed to plug into. Without the wiring complete the harness will not function properly.
If you can track down the wiring that is supposed to be in that connector (looks like part of it may be butt connected to something in your picture) then it should work.
