To lock the Swagman XC bike rack part # S64650 to the hitch of your vehicle you would want the Locking Anti-Rattle, Threaded Hitch Pin for Swagman Hitch Racks # S64029.
For even more security you would want the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks # S64031. This is basically the # S64029 I already recommended plus a cable lock to also lock your bikes to the rack.
