We have 2 folding trailer hitch mount cargo carriers that fit the dimensions you are looking for on your 2014 Honda Pilot. First, Curt cargo carrier # C18151 measures 60 x 24 inches. When folded up it measures 9 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier and 19 inches when folded down. I have linked a video review of this carrier for you.
The second option is etrailer # 98874. It also measures 60 x 24 inches. When folded up it measures 9-1/2" inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the carrier and 19-1/2 inches when folded down. I have linked a video review of this carrier for you as well.
Be sure to measure from the center of the pin hole on the hitch on your Pilot back to the distance needed to clear the rear bumper to check if the carriers above will fit when folded.
