Question:
Jenny N. referenced a strap replacement for a holding pad that failed for one review. However, this strap is not a pad strap and the pad strap is incorporated into the pad. The strap assembly she recommended was to hold the tire, not the frame like the pad device. I do not see a replacement part for the pad strap device. What happens if one of the two fails and you need to carry two bikes. Why is this not a replacement part like the tire strap part number HR27FR that she recommended, but will not work?
