Weight Distribution System Recommendation for a 2012 Ford Expedition with Rear Sag when Towing

Question:

I did not buy these from etrailer but I have bought other items and have had great support. That is why I am writing. I do not see any change after installing these. Is it unrealistic to think my expedition with a trailer will ride more level with these installed. The features listed talk more about comfort and very little about maintaining a level ride. I have verified that my vehicle is set up correctly and is weighted beyond its limits.

Sounds like you are in need of a weight distribution system more than rear suspension enhancement. Except that last line where you said that you are weighted beyond your vehicle limits worries me. There's nothing available that will allow you to safely tow beyond your towing capacities.

The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow, this figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached an FAQ on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well.

Once you determine your loaded tongue weight check out the link I provided that will take you to a page that has all of the weight distribution systems we carry. Select your tongue weight from the facet on the left and you will be shown the correct systems for you.

I also attached an FAQ article on weight distribution systems.
