Kayak Carrier For 2024 Toyota RAV4 Factory Bars That Does Not Require Tie Downs

Question:

Hi, Im looking for a good inexpensive kayak carrier to use on a Toyota Rav 4 with factory crossbars. The Kayak is a Pelican RAMX Dual 13 feet. I would prefer not to need to use a tiedown on the front and rear of the car if that is possible I worry about those damaging the car. Can you recommend a good rack?
