Can You Drain Hot Water Tank Without Removing Hott Rod RV Water Heater Conversion Kit
Question:
Is there a way to drain the hot water tank for each trip without removing the heating rod each time? concerned about constantly twisting the wires around. Thanks

Hi Jim,
There is not a way to drain the hot water tank without removing the Hott Rod RV Water Heater Conversion Kit # DGR10VP. This installs in the drain opening and it is specified it must be removed, along with the reducer bushing (if used) when draining the tank.
