For a braking system that will completely bypass the wiring on your Jeep Wrangler, I recommend installing the SM99251. This is a portable braking system that you can take with you from one vehicle to the next and you don't have to splice into your Jeep's wiring at all which should alleviate any warranty or wiring concerns you may have.
This is a proportional braking system that uses the inertia generated from your motorhome braking to apply the Jeep's brakes. It also has the easiest to use pedal clamp on the market which is a hassle that most people don't think about with these types of systems. I've attached a link to the installation instructions and a review video of this system for you to check out.
Another product that you will want to install along with this braking system is a 12 volt outlet like part # RM-9332 because portable braking systems require a 12 volt accessory outlet for power and the outlets on your Jeep won't be active when flat towing. I've attached an installation video of this outlet on a Jeep Wrangler for you to check out as well.
