Question:
A ‘helpful’ worker at a local co-op loaded hay bales into my wife’s RAM 2021 2500 short bed. When I opened the jaws to hook up our 5th wheel the lever was bent down 4-5 inches from a bale having been ped onto it. I lifted it and straightened it enough to allow jaw closure … but I’d hate to end up having the bar snap and be unable to close and secure the jaws. How can I get a replacement closure bar? Thanks in advance. We have the Companion Slider for her factory ‘puck system’ and love it.
