Hello Danielle. We do carry the BAK MX4 Tonneau cover for the 2019 Toyota Tacoma long bed part # BAK48427. Unfortunately, we do not offer a separate hardware kit for this cover. Your best bet would be to contact BAK directly to see if they can provide hardware.
