Replacement Bearing Kit for a Trail-Rite Boat Trailer and L44649 Inner/Outer Bearings

I would like to purchase your 6’ CE27840 Carpeted Bunk Boards and a complete kit of spare wheel bearings/seals/etc. for a: 20 yr. old 15’ 8” Trail-Rite boat trailer. Trailer is used for a 14’ Seamax 430T Jet inflatable boat. Its axle is a Unique Functional Products UFP 4’ 8” long 1500 lb. GVWR “Trailer Buddy” square tube axle with 1.98” Bearing Buddy’s. I would like your recommendations for the bearings/seal kit. Info from its 20 yr. old UFP Service Information pamphlet: GREASE SEAL/GREASE SEAL KIT, inner UFP pamphlet stated this seal was not widely available. Diameters Outer and Inner: 1.98” x 1.38” Description: 198-138-SPP1-1 Replacement Part Numbers: UFP Trailer Buddy 07026 NOK AB1990EO CR 13557 National 482163N Note: Bearing Buddy’s website listed Spindle Seal Kit 5 for use with Inner Bearing Cone L44649 and Seal Diam 1.98” BEARINGS 2 per side Inner and Outer Bearings are the same: Cone: L44649 Cup: L44610 SPINDLE WASHER and NUT, NUT RETAINER, and COTTER PIN were not listed, but would be nice to have. This was pasted in hope its OK.

Hey William, thanks for reaching out and providing all of the information!

For your application you're going to need the Bearing Kit # BK1-150 which comes with the bearings, races, seals, along with a cotter pin and washer to secure everything.

Hopefully between this and the CE Smith Carpeted Bunk Boards # CE27840 your boat trailer will be back up and running in no time!
