Recommended WDS W/ Sway Control for a Tall Chevrolet Suburban
Question:
I am searching for a weight distribution hitch with sway control. The problem I am facing is I have a suburban, which has a hitch that sits quite a bit higher than most trucks and I am hauling currently using a 6 hitch and hauling level. I am only hauling an enclosed trailer that houses an electric golf cart and two quads. Max TW for my vehicle is 1000 lbs and max GTW for my vehicle is 10,000 lbs. With the enclosed trailer I have quite a bit of sway and would like to diminish this as much as possible, but need a decent to accommodate my taller vehicle. I would like to get a hitch that can handle the maximum that my vehicle can handle in case I decide to haul different trailers. What products do you have available that would meet my needs?

Hey Andrew, I'd recommend checking out the Reese Steadi-Flex Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # RP66560. This WDS has integrated sway control, an adjustable shank that has 8 3/4" of rise, and 4" of drop so it should have the range to accommodate the height of your Suburban, and has a TW range of 600 - 1200 lbs.
