Replacement Trailer Wheel and Tire in Size 5.30-8 with 4 Lug Wheel
Question:
I am replacing old boat trailer tires and wheels. The axel is 2.25 replacements I see have a 2.75 opening for the axel. Im looking for 570/8 4 lug load c or b to fit the 2.25 axel. What do you suggest?

Hey Bob, so a wheel and tire like the part # AM30120 would work great for you. This is the size tire you need of 5.70-8 on a 4 lug wheel that has a pilot diameter that is larger than needed so it would fit just fine. As long as the pilot diameter is larger (in this case it's 2.5 inch) it will fit. It does not need to be the exact same size.

Thank you. I did see other trailers that seem to be this way. What made me question what I have was tbe fit of the original wheels; they are exact. Thank you for helping out.
