Recommended Roof Rack for a 2024 BMW X5

I’m a first-time buyer for roof racks and rooftop tents. I’ve never owned one before. I’m seeking a rooftop tent for a 2024 BMW X5. I don’t know what kind of crossbars or racks I would need. I also prefer a solution that will not be excessively noisy, like flapping covers in the wind at highway speeds. Can you point me towards a total solution that would include crossbars and be compatible with the X5?

I would be happy to! There's three different options for roof racks for the 2024 BMW X5 depending on what came mounted on the roof from the factory. Please note you can NOT use a roof top tent on your vehicle if you do not have factory rails on your roof. I have listed them below:
