can I swap a Husky weight distribution hitch from a 2 5/16 ball to 2 inch ?

Yes, you can! The best one to use would be the 2" Hitch Ball item # C69FR. It measures 1-1/4" diameter x 2-5/8" long shank just like the ones that come with the Husky Center Line Weight Distribution Systems.
