Solution for Bulldog Round, Pipe-Mount Swivel Jack Handle Hitting Frame
Question:
Are there any alternatives to the handle length on this jack? Its just barely hitting the frame on every rotation. The original pipe weld location could not be in a worse spot. Could the handle be changed to a bolt so I can use a wrench? Is it possible to convert the handle to a top wind? I need this specific jack as I need to have a wheel to maneuver in tight spaces in the storage unit. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Hi Ryan; we don't have an alternate handle for the # BD1541150301 or a way to convert it to a top wind. If you want to try modifying it I would cut off the tip of the knob on the handle. Based on the picture I don't think you would have to completely remove it and this would give you the clearance you need. With part of it intact it shouldn't be too hard to rotate/operate. You could also remove the knob completely. Otherwise, I would go ahead and move the pipe mount a little further back.
