Furrion Sound Bar Won't Play Sound From a Jensen TV

Question:

I have a Jensen TV and Furrion RV Soundbar FSB2N25MCBL but cant get the TV to paly through the sound bar. The TV has three HDMI one ARC and RCA connections. How do I connect the Jensen TV to the Furrion sound bar so it plays through the sound bar? Please dont send me the Furrion manual because it has been no help. I have watched all the videos with no luck. I cant figure out what I am doing wrong or not doing.

Hey Brandy, so I did some looking around and it looks like if you're using the correct RCA cables # DG52486PB, and if they are fully pushed in and not damaged, then you might just have a defective unit and would need to contact Furrion for a repair or replacement.

There isn't really much else to it besides making sure the cables are all the way plugged in and that they are not damaged. So if you've checked that and confirmed it's all good then you likely just have a bad unit.

I've also attached a wiring diagram of the sound bar for you to check out so you can do some crosschecking.
