Hi Dale; to find the right steps for your 2023 Winnebago HIKE 100 you will need to take some measurements. Start by measuring the space underneath your doorway. You either need a 25-1/2" or 27-1/2" wide x 13-7/8" deep space to install the steps.
The next thing you need to do is measure the entry height. This is the distance from the mounting point to the ground. Once you have those measurements you can use the chart below to determine the correct steps. For example, the # TLA8103 you were looking at with the 25-1/2" mounting bracket fits a 25-1/2" - 36" entry height. For the same entry height with a 27-1/2" bracket you would need the # TLA8003.
